About
Warragul Farmers' Market is launching its Warragul Kids' Farmers Market Cooking Club, 1st session for the year 2024.The event will be lead by Head Chef, Cindy Powell.
We encourage kids aged between 5 to 11, with a limited group of 20 to 25 kids' sous chefs. If you have any dietary concerns, please consult us before registering. Light snacks and water will be provided, with Victoria First Aider will be on standby.
Kids will learn basic cooking skills and presentation and experience the differences in ingredients by touching, tasting, smelling, observing, and listening.
Plus, it's a great way to build self-esteem and confidence in cooking through creativity, hands-on activities, teamwork, and accomplishment.
