To celebrate Natural Medicine Week from 22 - 28 May 2023, join Lauren Lee, Yoga and Barre teacher as well as hormone imbalance Clinical Naturopath, for a 60-minute online yoga class on Thursday 25 May at 1pm.A slow flow post-lunch sequenced to help you cultivate breath awareness to improve digestion and calm the nervous system, and movement through postures that aid detoxification and metabolisation.
No experience of yoga needed. Modifications and variations provided for all ability levels.
Mats required. Yoga blocks are optional and used to support the practice.
