Building resilience in gifted children

What is resilience? Why is it important? And how can your gifted child or student build more of it?

including

  • How do you know if your child or student needs to build resilience?
  • What is the interplay between individual, family and school factors that either enhance or complicate resilience-building?
  • How does giftedness or twice-exceptionality impact the child’s resilience-building capacities?
  • What are some basic guidelines and tools you can use to help your child or student improve their resilience?
