AboutSeasonal Modern Qigong Practice for 1 hr, held weekly every Wednesday morning at 10am. Qigong is known as a moving meditation practice that comes from ancient China and is connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine. The practice of Qigong activates our body's energy system. It is an empowering self healing modality that stimulates acupressure points along our organ meridians by incorporating acupressure, slow stretches, breath work, core strength, gentle movement and stillness. This healing modality is a highly restorative exercise therapy which focuses on releasing tension physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This means that we can allow the energy and flow of the body to circulate freely without limitations or blockages so we can optimise our well being and find balance within. Each practice is completed with a stillness or meditation to anchor in all the energy work we have enjoyed.
