How does 3-4 days taking it slow and relaxing by the beach in sunny NNSW in creative expression, nature immersion and flowing with the breath of the ocean sound to you?

You are invited to a 3 day (4 days also avail) over the long weekend in June for an exploration into You, Your life, art, slowing down, body awareness and nature, with the breath of the sea and the freedom of nature filling our days!
