The need to facilitate effectively and confidently is growing. At VMIA we’re often asked to facilitate group meetings for our clients. These workshops have a range of purposes, often around designing frameworks, managing risks and considering strategy.By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:

1. Be able to plan, design and facilitate effective and tailored workshops and meetings
2. Have greater confidence delivering workshops relevant to demands of the risk coordination roles
3. Be able to select, use and modify resources and activities to meet different contexts
Audience:
This is for anyone interested in running great meetings for a purpose! It particularly suits risk managers, risk coordinators and risk champions.
