Community Planting Day - Golden Bay
About
Join us and other community volunteers on Saturday 27th May and help us plant more than 1500 native coastal seedlings!Golden Bay Progress Association and Perth NRM are seeking the support of volunteers, such as yourself, to plant seedlings to help the environment, preserve and protect our natural ecosystem and prevent dune erosion.
Where to meet?
We start at 9:30am with a safety briefing - find us up the dune pathway, at the end of Karunjie Road.
What to bring?
Please bring enclosed shoes, long pants, hat, water bottle, gloves and sun protection. Wet weather gear advised if rain is forecasted.
Lunch? Our wonderful partners, the Green S Welfare Force, will be helping us plant and providing a delicious vegetarian curry lunch to celebrate the end of the day.
