About
This Domestic Violence Prevention Month we're taking a moment for mindfulness at Merewether Beach with professional yogi, Michelle Nolan.At 8am on Sunday the 21st of May, join us on the sand for a morning of yoga and mindfulness, where we will practice a flow of yin yoga and guided meditation, designed to help you find calm and inner peace.
This practice is beneficial for all, however particularly for people who have experienced trauma and abuse, with take home techniques to sustain in all environments.
