Join Deltek's Linda Dininger and the ACA's Matt Tence as they explore the data behind industry trends and insights from the soon-to-be-released 2023 Deltek Clarity Report. Discussion topics will include technology trends, business strategies and policies, workplace issues and business development.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Linda Dininger is replacing Megan Miller as speaker.

Linda Dininger, Senior Product Marketing Specialist, Deltek

Linda Dininger spent over 20 years creating marketing content for architecture, engineering and construction firms. She also is a former Deltek Vision user and has implemented a CRM solution that transformed the way the business development group managed their contacts and pipeline. Now as a Senior Product Marketing Specialist with Deltek, Linda works with architecture & engineering firms around the world to help improve their business processes through technology.

Matthew Tence, Practice Manager, Jackson Clements Burrows

Matthew Tence has extensive experience in business and operations management, leading architecture and design practices in Australia. His skills and experience include accounts / finance, resourcing, human resources, fees, contracts, IT, marketing and facilities. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Design – Landscape Architecture, and he is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Matthew is Treasurer and Committee Member for the Victoria/Tasmania Branch of the Association of Consulting Architects.

Includes the general outlook on opportunities, threats, priorities, challenges for project management and project information; technology issues and trends; tracking of KPIs and project data; business strategies and policies; workforce/employee issues; and business development.

The webinar will include time for Q&A with the speakers and CPD assessment task. Certificates will be provided following participation in the full webinar and online submission of answers to CPD questions.
