Introduction to Buddhism Jul-Aug 2023
If you're exploring spiritual paths, tired of the usual work-spend-sleep routine, or are just plain curious about Buddhism, this is the course for you.
No prior knowledge of Buddhism is required. Commencing with a brief history of the Buddha’s life, the course will cover the 4 Noble Truths, Impermanence, how to free yourself from the delusions that cause suffering, Karma, Rebirth, Refuge, Bodhicitta, Daily Practice, Purification and more.
Sessions will be held at Buddha House on Wednesday evenings over four weeks, starting 19th July.

Facility fee: $80 (concession / members: $60).
