Reflexology assists our health as we age by stimulating the muscles of the limbs and extremities.Reflexology also improves circulation through the limbs, easing stiffness and aches in the joints of toes and fingers.
Thus the improved health of the extremities also promotes better balance and coordination in older people, which leads to less frequent falls and stumbles.
This course is for anyone those looking to self help those looking at caring for others.
We also offer higher levels of industry specific courses provide practical skills and knowledge for those wishing to prepare for a career in reflexology.
Come as you are for this course we want you to be comfortable.
Just bring a pen paper water bottle towel and cushion.
Handouts and certificate of attendance are provided.
