AMWF Contracts, Clients & Managing Deadlines - On Demand

AMWF Contracts, Clients & Managing Deadlines - On Demand

hero

View the third online wellbeing event in the AMWF Toolkit series on Contracts, Clients & Managing Deadlines. Learn from a panel discussion where our three guest speakers share their experiences and strategies on contracts, fees and deadlines, and the impact these have on workplace culture and the wellbeing of all within practice. Originally held 27 April 2023.

Low fees, under-resourced projects and difficult clients can have an enormous impact on wellbeing, general morale and productivity. This national AMWF session will tackle these issues, covering topics such as negotiation, fee proposals, resourcing, time management and good communication.

Our panel features three terrific guest speakers from practices of different scales – Cara Phillips from BSPN Architecture, Adam Perrier from Bloc Design and Ben Madden from Cottee Parker Architects – along with AMWF QLD/NT facilitator Justine Ebzery from Fulton Trotter Architects.
