St Mary's College invites you to attend Paul Dillon – Drug and Alcohol Presentation.Drug and Alcohol Research and Training Aus (DARTA) aims to provide education and training expertise as well as high quality research assistance on a wide range of alcohol and other drug issues.
Paul Dillon is the Director and founder of DARTA and he is passionate about ensuring that the community has access to accurate and up-to-date alcohol and other drug information.
During adolescence, teens develop a biological need to be around friends and it is important to provide them with opportunities to socialise with their peers whenever possible. Using the most current data this presentation will examine the use of alcohol and other drugs by school-based young people. It aims to empower parents with a positive message and assist them in having open and honest family discussions in this complex area.
