Gerrard Allman Presents is proud to announce the return of American Blues Rock legend Walter Trout for a string of headline performances around the country with his band in early 2024.

Warrior, survivor, icon. If there were Grandmasters in the world of music – Walter Trout would surely be among them. From his early days in 1970’s LA supporting the likes of John Lee Hooker, Big Mama Thornton and Percy Mayfield - through to his stint playing guitar for the seminal Canned Heat (1981-1985) – the turning point for this gifted musician was his invitation to join British blues giant John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, where he paired up with fellow six-string virtuoso Coco Montoya. Emboldened and encouraged by Mayall, Walter began what would become his own very successful solo career in 1989.

34 years and 30 albums later, through well-documented sickness and health, 72 year old Walter Trout has emerged stronger, more determined and as brilliant as ever.
