How well equipped are you when facing ethical dilemmas in your practice?
When ethical issues or dilemmas arise within the context of a busy practice, it is understandable that legal practitioners might feel overwhelmed with the options before them. This practical session provides practitioners with a framework for ethical decision making to refer to when issues arise.

Session Outline:

  • Overview of an ethical decision making framework
  • Case studies to explore the application of the framework
  • Practice in using the framework
