Legendary Jazz/Blues violinist, guitarist, singer and entertainer, George Washingmachine, brings his new Power Trio to the Leichhardt Bowlo stage!The trio, consisting of George on guitar, violin and vocals, Barney Wakeford on organ, & Matt Morrison on drums, present an exciting mix of Jazz & Blues and George's own original material.
George says that when he's playing some of his older tunes, he feels like he's in a covers band, except that he's covering himself!
He loves to entertain his audience, and is pleased as punch to be presented by his old colleague, John Gallagher.
George Washingmachine has been involved in the entertainment industry since last century. He has worked in television, theatre & film, and finds the greatest pleasure in travelling around Australia and the world playing music and making art.
