About
Our Rep Ready Summer Hoops Skills Sessions are back! Our best coaches to help you develop your basketball skills all the way up until our representative trials in November. Our sessions will be split based on what YOU want to work on! If you're getting ready to try out for reps or simply develop your skills for your enjoyment our coaches will help direct you to become your best.Times: Session 1 - 930am - 10:45am
Session 2 - 11am - 12:15pm
Our focus will be on building skills which are translatable to being successful in any team.
- building great 1 v 1 and team defenders
- developing off-ball spacing and cutting
- developing footwork
- developing finishing around the basket
Sessions will run all the way up until 29th October. 7 Week Program
Note: Sessions WILL NOT RUN - 17th of September due to the Ju-Jitsu tournament at NBISC.
