Welcome to the Science Week 2023 LIFT OFF at Wallsend Library! Start the day with one of two incredible "Balloons and Bubbles" free science shows from the University of Newcastle SMART team (11am or 12.30pm). Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by parents. Tickets are required by all attendees over 2 years of age. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact cking@ncc.nsw.gov.au

Science Show demonstrations include:
• Liquid Nitrogen
• Giant Bubbles
• Toroidal Vortex (Air) Cannon
• Elephants Toothpaste
• Rocket Science

No matter which session you choose, you will have plenty of time to also attend the free Meet-a-Scientist pizza lunch and win prizes at the Science Trivia!
