Fearful of public speaking? This 6-week course to help refine your presentation techniques, practice public speaking in a range of situations and manage anxiety using CBT and exposure skills. Join us as we help you to build practical skills and face your fears in a gradual manner.This course is facilitated by Dr Joyce Chong (Clinical Psychologist) and Giulia Villa (Provisional Psychologist). Joyce is a seasoned facilitator with over 15 years of experience in training groups ranging in size from under 10 to over 200 in a variety of fields (education, corporate, resources, finance, government). Giulia has a passion for performance arts, and teaches small groups on a regular basis.
Course start date: Wednesday 9th August 2023 (5.30pm - 7pm) for 6 weeks
Cost:
- $145 per session ($870 in total) for individual health services and Medicare rebates may apply (contact for details).
- + GST (so $870+GST) if the course is for corporate coaching/professional development purposes.
