About
Join us for Youth Service's Dancing Our Stories NAIDOC Dance Workshop.In this workshop, young people will be able to have a yarn with Indigenous Elders, celebrating the rich Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage and achievements, sparking a sense of Community and understanding, and passing on teaching to future Elders.
After our yarn, join the Mob at Indigenous Outreach Projects who will facilitate our workshop where we will learn, move, and embrace the cultural heritage and artistry of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander dances. Dance to the rhythm and honour the vibrant traditions of our Indigenous Communities.
This event is open for Koori Young People, their mates and other young people aged 12 - 18.
*Free lunch is included during our dance workshop
