Swinger Hill Heritage Walk

Take a walk through an area planned as medium density by the National Capital Development Commission, with building starting in the 1970s. See how the development adapts to the local topography of being on a hill and where it fits with its surrounds.Guide: Gary Watkins, nearby Woden resident and Manager of the National Trust (ACT).
Please note: The walk is approximately 1.5 km but contains some steep sections, stairs, narrow passageways and dirt paths due to the topography of Swinger Hill. A reasonable level of fitness will be required for this walk.
