Registration and fees
Registration and discounted fees are stated within the event information on the specific event information page that will be emailed.
Payment of course/event fees
Once full payment of the registration fee is received, a confirmation letter/tax receipt will be emailed to you. This is completed automatically through TryBooking. Please note there is no GST component on the Meeting fee. There is a GST component for TryBooking. Please check with your accountant regarding deduction of these fees accoordingly.
Cancellations
Due to costs involved in scheduling venues, cancellations received up to seven working days (not including the event day) prior to the event date will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than seven working days (not including the event day) prior to the event.
All CPD cancellations must be made in writing to email: iegroup.adavb@gmail.com
Please allow 21 working days for refunds to be processed. A $10 administration fee applies to all cancellations.
Failure to attend
A delegate who fails to attend is not eligible for a refund or credit under any circumstances.
Program cancellation/rescheduling
The ADAVB Inner East Group takes all care to produce programs and events that deliver as promoted. All advertised details are correct at the time of publication; however, when circumstances beyond our control prevail, the ADAVB Inner East Group reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate or reschedule any program.
If the ADAVB Inner East Group exercises this option, it will employ reasonable endeavours to notify delegates as early as possible to minimise inconvenience. The ADAVB Inner East Group will not accept any travel and accommodation cost incurred by delegates. Where a refund is due to a delegate, the appropriate refund will be issued within 30 days of notification.
CPD hours/certificates
Activities are provided for the stipulated hours of scientific/non-scientific CPD hours.
