To connect and encourage participation of young people living and attending school in the Whittlesea area. This program will support young people to feel socially connected and reconnect within their communities. By building a range of knowledge and skills to support their wellbeing and discovering their sense of identity. Through a range of activities and workshops. Some topics that will be covered are:Wellbeing and sense of identity
Improve self-esteem
Relationship building and Improving relationships
Manage Stress Levels, what is negative/positive stress
There is also opportunity for mindfulness and art-based activities.
