Join us for the final Rotary District 9810 Conference to be held in Warrnambool on 22- 24 March 2024 for an inspiring and engaging experience focusing on Mental Health via the theme 'Mind Matters'
To book multiple events in the one booking: once you have selected your first event choice and completed the booking related questions you will be taken to a 'Checkout' page where you can enter your banking details. Before you do this - look to your right on your screen where 'Your Cart' will appear listing the event/s you have selected. At the bottom of that list will be the option to 'buy more tickets'. If you click that option it will take you back to the main page where you can select another event to book. Continue to do this until all events have been booked. Alternatively you can book each event separately.

Golf Competition & Lunch

Participate in the traditional pre-conference golf competition at a challenging 9-hole golf course in tranquil settings along the banks of the Hopkins river, tree lined fairways and natural habits for native fauna including koalas and birdlife.
Venue: East Framlingham Golf Club, 560 Ellerslie-Panmure Rd, Framlingham East VIC 3265
Commencement time: 8am
Cost: $45 (inclusive of golf competition, lunch & one drink. Extra drinks may be purchased at bar prices)
Attire: neat casual war with socks (no thongs or sportswear)

Lawn Bowls Competition & Lunch
Friday 22 March 2024 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Participate in the pre-conference Lawn Bowls competition at a wheelchair and walker accessible Club that can also hold the competition in the event of wet weather.
Venue: Dennington Bowls Club, 36 Princes Highway, Dennington, VIC, Australia, Victoria
Commencement time: 9am
Cost: $30 (inclusive of competition and two course lunch. Drinks available at bar prices)
Attire: clean, neat "civies", shorts or long pants, your preference for a short or long sleeve shirt (ladies in similar appropriate attire), flat soled shoes. Bowls are available for loan.

Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village – Guided Museum Tour, Village Access, Penguin Protector Session & Brunch including Devonshire Tea
Friday 22 March 2024 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Learn about life in the 1800s and the first European settlers in the area and the local maritime and whaling history of the Shipwreck Coast through a special guided tour of the Maritime Museum and access to the cobblestone village of over 40 buildings at your own pace that day or another day at no extra charge. Enjoy a short Penguin Protector session learning about the Middle Island Penguin program that uses Maremma dogs (made famous by the movie ‘Oddball’) to protect a colony of Little Penguins. You will be able to meet one of the Maremma dogs. Enjoy brunch (pastries, croissants, egg & bacon rolls etc.) which also includes their famous scones in their Tearooms.
Venue: Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village
Cost: $40 (inclusive of the above mentioned experienced, access & brunch)
Please note access to the museum area is fully access compliant however in the village there are uneven steep areas and steps. A wheelchair can be provided on request.
Pre-Conference Cocktail Party
Friday 22 March 2024 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Celebrate and welcome in the final District 9810 Conference with pre-dinner drinks and canapes before enjoying the traditional Friday Night Club Dinners. All conference attendees, partners and family welcome.
Venue: Flying Horse Bar & Brewery (upstairs function room), 10691 Princes Hwy, Warrnambool VIC 3280
Cost: $45 (inclusive of canapes and two drinks. Additional drinks may be purchased at the function room bar)
Attire: Cocktail

Registration Fee: $145*pp inclusive of the two day conference (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the Saturday and morning tea and lunch on the Sunday).
- The fee does NOT include the Gala Dinner.

This ticket is inclusive of the Saturday Night Gala Dinner (Theme: 'masquerade') at Brother Fox, Deakin University, Warranmbool
Conference Venue: Lighthouse Theatre, Warrnambool.
Registration Fee: $275*pp inclusive of the two day conference (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, Gala Dinner on the Saturday and morning tea and lunch on the Sunday)

End Polio Now Walk

Wrap up the final District 9810 Conference by participating in a self-paced End Polio Now Walk (approx. 3km) along parts of the scenic Warrnambool Foreshore to help raise funds & awareness for the End Polio Now Campaign
Cost: $25* which will be donated to the End Polio Now Campaign
- *By registering for this event you accept your registration fee will still be donated to the End Polio Now Campaign even if the event needs to be cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
Meeting point: Entrance to the walking trail near the Pavilion Café & Bar
Commencement time: 2:30pm on Sunday 24th of March 2024
Attire: participants are encouraged to wear their Rotary End Polio Now t-shirt, polo and/or cap. These can be purchased via: https://rdusupplies.com.au/end-polio-now/.
Prior to the Conference, walk registrants will be emailed further details including circuit map, parking options and locations of public bathrooms.
