How to spot a Scam and protect yourself!
Being aware of scams and how they work is an important step towards avoiding them. Each year older Australians lose millions of dollars through scams. While the internet is a wonderful place to explore and connect with others, we cannot always be sure that people are who they say they are. Once you know a scammer’s tricks, you’re more likely to be able to spot a scam. Learn how to protect yourself!
Connecting with others: using Zoom or Google Meet.
Zoom is one of the world’s most popular video conferencing platforms. It enables people to see and speak with anyone, anywhere in the world, in real time. Users can make a video call to one person or participate in a group video call with others. As with any online application, it’s important to know how to use Zoom safely.
What other online video applications could you use?
