Join Gwenda Foard OAM, as she shares with us her recollections of the early years in her local area of Balwyn North and Greythorn, and the changes that have transpired. Gwenda was a joint recipient of the Boroondara Citizen of the Year award in 2017, and was recognized with the medal of the Order of Australia for more than 60 years of service to the community of Balwyn North.
