Come and enjoy a meal while engaging in an evening solely for men about men's mental health. This event is an 18+ event and aims to bring men together in a safe environment, to support and promote the “normalisation” of the mental health conversation.Location: Berri Football Club
Time: 6pm doors open, 6:30pm meals with commencement of events at 7:30pm

Overview:
- Guest speakers share their experiences to break down stigma, discrimination, and cultivate understanding.
- Participants develop first-level skills to be aware of our own wellbeing and the steps to support.
- Comedy from a man with lived experience
