The Fathers of Loreto Daughters (FOLD) committee warmly invite all members of the Loreto Normanhurst community to join them for the inaugural Race Day on Saturday, 30 September 2023 at the Newcastle Racecourse.

TICKETS INCLUDE:

Tickets include racecourse entry, a three-course lunch, a five-hour beverage package, racebook and a contribution to support Loreto Normanhurst

TIME

The gates to the venue open at 11:30am, with the event commencing at 12:00pm and concluding at 5:00pm.

DRESS CODE

Smart Race Attire.

The closest train station to Newcastle Racecourse is Broadmeadow Station.

Courtesy Bus

Newcastle Racecourse operates a complimentary courtesy bus that runs from Newcastle Racecourse to The Prince of Merewether after Saturday race meetings. This bus runs on loop from 3:30pm onwards and the pickup location is on Darling St.

Parking 

Newcastle Racecourse is located on Darling Street, Broadmeadow – 3km outside of Newcastle’s CBD.

Newcastle Racecourse offers over 300 complimentary parking spaces within their parking grounds on a first in, first serve basis.  On street parking is also available on Darling and Chatham Streets.
