In a separate communication you will have received details of conference accomodation options which includes discount prices and codes necessary to obtain those prices. BOOK NOW directly with the hotel to avoid disappointment.

Having made your ticket selection payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa,   or

a)     If you wish to pay by credit card complete the Checkout page and click the Yellow 'Purchase' Button at the bottom of the page. The transaction will show as 'Payment to D9675' on your credit card statement.

b)     If you wish to pay by PayPal select the PayPal icon and follow the prompts. Paying by PayPal allows you, subject to approval, to spread the payments over four payments.

50 cents per ticket will be automatically added to your total.

 Cancellation

 Policy:

10 days or more prior to the event: A full Refund of ticket price.

0-9 days prior to the event: No Refund will be issued - tickets are transferrable.

If the system comes back with 'no tickets' try another e-mail address. If you don't have another e-mail address it probably means you have not booked for this conference.
