Flying in fresh from NICA's 2^nd year show, "Within These Walls" Corro alumni artist, Merlene Hutt, will be swooping in to share her skills with the Darwin aerial community. Merlene trained with Corro for many years. She has a background in gymnastics and acrobatics as well as aerial. Now she combines all of those skills specialising in roue cyr and tippy lyra in her training at NICA. She will be sharing some high level combos in tissu with us this holiday.

A specialist workshops that develops the skills of experienced aerial artists. Participants must be in either High Flyers, Zero Gravity and Aerial in Troupe to attend.

A Play in a Day

Tuesday 26th September - 9.30am - 4.00pm

Flip the Script is a comprehensive two-part workshop that kickstarts with honing your playwrighting skills. Navigate a series of fun writing exercises to craft concise scripts and compelling monologues. Never tried your hand at scripting? No worries! This workshop equips you with all essential techniques.

Come afternoon, we'll shift focus to performance skills, using your freshly created scripts. After a brief rehearsal period, the stage will open to family and friends, granting them the chance to witness these scripts spring to vibrant life at 3:30pm
