Helping Sport Volunteers Thrive - South West Sport Webinars
South West Sport in collaboration with Sport and Rec Vic, VicSport, Volunteering Victoria, and Regional Sport Victoria, is delivering a four-part online webinar series focussed on supporting clubs to grow and efficiently coordinate their volunteer base.
The four sessions will be held across 4 consecutive Wednesdays (21st Feb - 13th March 2024, 6-7pm):
1. Volunteer Planning - how to best coordinate your club volunteers and develop a culture of volunteerism
2. Volunteer Recruiting - how to best attract and entice people to volunteer at your club
3. Volunteer Selection and Guide - identifying appropriate roles and educating volunteers
4. Volunteer Encouragement and Recognition - how to best value and appreciate volunteers
Online meeting links for each webinar will be sent out the morning of each session.
