Puzzles and games provide a platform for cognitive growth by stimulating critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Children (and families) can strategize, plan, and adapt within the context of games and puzzles, while also fostering social interaction, encouraging communication, cooperation, and healthy competition when played with peers, family, or friends.”
