Emotion Focused Therapy is a humanistic, process-orientated, evidence-based approach that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, Complex PTSD, and trauma.
In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the origins, evidence-base, and central philosophy of EFT, covering topics including emotion theory, advanced empathic attunement, process formulation, developing a collaborative focus, identifying markers of underlying affective problems, and more.
