The clinic will be held across four Thursday morning sessions 12-16 Oct & 2 Nov 2023 from 10:30am-11:30am.
Public welcome. Outdoor 50m pool.

Sessions will include: Safe warmup practices, Hydration and nutrition advice, drills and training sets.
