Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches adults how to confidently recognise and support young people developing a mental health problem or in crisis.
Topics covered include depression, anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders and suicidal thoughts and behaviours.
DELIVERY:
Blended - self paced e-learning followed by 1 full day face-to-face sessions led by 2 Licensed MHFA Instructors.
