Enjoy an intimate house tour of 2 incredible MCM Beaumaris homes (addresses revealed on the day). Then a guided walking tour of Eastern Beaumaris, featuring houses designed by architects, Chancellor & Patrick, Eric Lyon, John Baird & Kevin Knight. Plus one of the most intact streetscapes in Beaumaris. You'll learn some fascinating facts about the history of this area, which included a boarding school, a golf course, a farm & a house called ‘The Castle’ in the Deauville Estate.
There are 4 separate tour groups and you will rotate around the 2 house tours of 45 minutes each, and the walking tour with your ticketed group. House access will only be available during your groups allotted session times. Each group will have a short break at the Bowls Club to refresh & have lunch and peruse our partners wares.
The walking tour is on public footpaths and participants must be capable of walking up to 4km, including some steps and rises.
