Exploring our inner landscape through the lens of our heart and tuning into the Wisdom and Energy of the divine feminine archetypes and our cyclic nature.
Each session you will be guided and held through embodied healing processes, activations, guided meditations & ritual. It’s a special opportunity to share what’s on your heart ~ to be seen, heard and held in unconditional love.

Everything needed for your Women’s Sound and Embodiment Circle experience is provided – Yoga Mats, blankets, pillows and bolsters plus warming cups of organic tea including hand-made raw treats
To Bring
For your Sound and Embodiment session we recommend you wear loose comfortable clothing and wear easy to remove shoes for entrance into our sacred spaces. We also suggest bringing your own water bottle and journal.
