As Musica Viva Australia's 2020-2021 Futuremaker Artists, the award-winning Partridge String Quartet are fast becoming a force within the Australian classical music scene as one of the leading string quartets of its generation.' CMS audiences will love the Partridge String Quartet as they team up in this concert with pianist Elyane Laussade for a breathtaking performance of the profound Piano Quintet in F Minor Opus 34 by Johannes Brahms. One of the greatest chamber works across the entire repertoire, each of its four movements will captivate you and take you on a journey of fiery passion, tenderness, excitement and imagination.
