DBA has a new set of Mental Health resources created by and for the Deafblind community. This session is for people with Deafblindness.

We want to share our new resources with you.
The topics are:
- Introduction to mental health
- What is Anxiety?
- What is Depression?
- Mental Health and Deafblindness
- Mental Health Statistics

These will be shown on a screen, in a video format and in hard copy (if requested).
