An ode to the all-consuming pursuit of DIY printed oddities and the enduring design elements of comic art, Silent Army Archive exists as a deeper look into the Silent Army ethos and community based connectivity.Join us for this display of Silent Army Archive, our project about cataloguing and creating a digital database of small press artist publications.
We have just passed the 2000th entry into the database and are inviting people to come and test it out with us.
You will be welcomed into the space, where you can search through the digital interface and find something you would like to read.
There will also be a curated display of publications and a video piece we have made this year about the project.
Each session is for 2-6 people. Bookings are free.
DATES: Saturday 4 November 2023 - Sunday 5 November 2o23
LOCATION: Everfresh Studio, 1-5 Perry st. Collingwood via side entrance.
Wheelchair and mobility aid accessible, entirely indoors. All are welcome!
