With canapés on arrival, we'll kick off the evening kneading together around the bar. Whilst the dough rests, antipasti & a wine tasting will be enjoyed (incl. our award-winning Albariño, Riesling, Rosè, Shiraz & Cab). Once we're all relaxed - dough included - we'll head back to the bench to roll & form our pastas with a focus on cavatelli/maccheroni ai descita, & busiate (with a vino in hand of course!). After we're happy with our pasta work (you’ll take this home), we'll sit down together and enjoy a two-course pasta meal and dessert with matched wines. This event isn't just about the pasta making.
