The ability to hire and retain great people remains as critical as ever. What strategies and management practices can you use to help support your people and projects? Join us on Wednesday 1 November for an informative webinar on how to tackle talent and resource management through uncertain times.
This year has been a challenge to navigate, with an uncertain economic environment, a less plentiful project pipeline and changes to the talent pool.
