Illume Learning is thrilled to be hosting this webinar for school leaders, presented by the fabulous Dr Paula Kluth - consultant, author, advocate, and independent scholar who works with teachers and families to provide inclusive opportunities for students with disabilities and to create more responsive and engaging schooling experiences for all learners.
Administrators, facilitators, and coaches - in addition to all of their other responsibilities - may have the roles of assembling co-teaching teams, promoting the virtues of collaboration, and supervising teams. It can be challenging to determine what messages to prioritise in this work and how to offer support that truly supports.
In this presentation, Dr. Paula Kluth will suggest five ways school leaders can guide and assist teachers and other professionals who are co-planning, co-teaching, or otherwise collaborating to include students with disabilities in general education classrooms.
