The 2 day MICaP course stimulates and challenges the experienced or evolving mobile intensive care paramedic. It has been designed by MICA paramedic educators and the team from Monash Simulation. You will expand your understanding of team behaviours and their impact on the quality of clinical care and have the opportunity to practice team resuscitation skills and challenging communication scenarios in immersive simulations. You will learn advanced procedures in airway management and exchange tips and tricks from colleagues in MICA,from ED and ICU consultants and critical care nurses. Join an experienced simulation and MICA team which over courses in 2023 and 2024 could include:

· David Anderson

The course encourages discussion and the sharing of information, and there is no assessment of participants. Course discussions and performance will be confidential. This course is supported by Ambulance Victoria.

The course is designed for all levels of MICA road crew or interstate equivalents
