- 6 x 90 minute sessions (fortnightly)
- Each session is 2 x 35 minute training periods separated by 1 x 20 minute discussion and breakout period
- Hosted on MS Teams. You do not need an MS Teams account, you can join each meeting on a web-browser
- You will be emailed the link and materials two days before the session
- You will be sent a link to the video recording after each session
- $89 per session
- Fortnightly on Thursdays at 10:00am (Melbourne Time)
- 22nd August, 5th & 19th September, 3rd, 17th & 31st October

Session 4 – Project Management - Core Functions – Thursday 3rd October 2024

  • How project management and change management work together
  • Understand the nine knowledge areas of project management
  • Project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and Scrum
  • Learn tools for the four core functions of project management
  • Key tools for scope management including work breakdown structures
  • Key tools for project time management including Gantt and Pert charts
  • Key tools for project cost management including payback analysis and Net Present Value
  • Key tools for quality management including process control tools

Session 5 – Project Management - Facilitating and integrating Functions – Thursday 17th October 2024

  • Understand the four facilitating functions of project management
  • Key tools for project communication including communications planning and change impact statements
  • Key tools for risk management including threat identification and risk estimation
  • Key tools for project HR management including load charts
  • Key tools for procurement management including make or buy analysis and supplier evaluation
  • Key tools for integration management including project charters
  • How to do a stakeholder analysis and form a stakeholder game plan

Session 6 – Improving your presentation skills – Thursday 31st October 2024

  • Dealing with speech anxiety
  • Verbal and non-verbal elements of delivery

  • Introductions, transitions, previews, summaries, signposts and conclusions
