Come and join us for a experience that allows you to disconnect from your daily routine and immerse yourself in a space of mind body and soul's wellbeing with Hedda & Nao. We offer gentle YOGA and Chai with reflections for 2023 (Journaling note will be provided!) and followed by COSMIC SOUND BATH where you experience the sound of Earth, World & nature and universe while laying on the mat with bolster and eye pillow on.This event is designed to help you cultivate focus and clarity and leave you with a profound sense of physical and emotional release, reducing your stress and tension levels, and connecting to your inner-self.
Door is open at 12:45pm please arrive in time for a comfy start x
Please bring
+Pillow & Cotton blanket to cover yourself if needed
+Open heart to just be and enjoy self care time just before the festive season starts
