NIHS Rowing - Come and try
Norwood International High School would like to invite you to attend the Rowing Club, Come and Try sessions at our Torrens River Boat House. The Boathouse is located adjacent to Montefiore Rd Bridge, in front of the convention centre, and can be accessed off Festival Drive.
These sessions are for students who:
- Are currently enrolled at NIHS and want to try rowing
- have been accepted into the SIRP program starting in 2024
- Any year 6 students interested trying rowing and are coming to NIHS in 2024
Sunday 12 November - 9:00am to 11:00am
Sunday 26 November - 9:00am to 11:00am
We suggest all future rowers come ‘ready to row’ wearing close-fitting sports clothing and ensure they bring a hat, sunscreen, water bottle and a spare pair of socks. Please book in for one or both sessions.
