BodyMind Dancing™ (BMD) is a rich and open-ended synthesis of Body-Mind Centering®, Laban/Bartenieff Movement Studies, and contemporary dance. 45 mins of guided dance/movement explorations to nourish and revive your body and mind mid-week.
