CP-Achieve Webinar Series- November

Understanding mental fatigue experienced by people with cerebral palsy
Fatigue is a common problem for people with cerebral palsy - up to 40% of people with CP report higher levels of fatigue than the rest of the population. The majority of research to date has focused on understanding physical fatigue in people with CP, and little is known about mental fatigue in people with CP. In this webinar, we will present the work that CP-Achieve is doing to understand how much of a problem mental fatigue is for people with CP, how it occurs and is experienced, and if it is associated with any other problems. There will also be time reserved in this session for discussion.
Dr Iain Dutia is a lecturer in Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University and a research officer at The University of Queensland, School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences. He is also an Honorary Fellow at CP-Achieve.
