Join us for free yoga and morning tea on Sundays during February. Come alone, bring a friend or enjoy it as a family. Dads can learn some simples stretches, mum can pick up some relaxation techniques and the kids* will enjoy some fun poses. Suitable for all fitness levels and for adults of all ages.Sunday Sessions are here to help rethink our relationship with alcohol, push back against boozy weekends and make the most of Sunday. You can join us for a single session or all four. You will need to book separately for each session.
*Suitable for teens and children of upper primary school age. Any children/teens must be accompanied by an adult.
